Matthew Fone
Resource manager
I was born in Saudi Arabia, grew up in Portugal and am bi-lingual. I enjoy travelling and have a huge affection for the sea, am an RYA skipper and crew as well as being a qualified PADI Advanced rescue diver, and have battled the black runs in Canada, France, Italy and Switzerland Andorra.
I have 10 years recruitment experience and have worked for JNC for nearly 6 of those.

Adam Phillips
Operations Manager
I have a wealth of management, training and recruitment experience gained within Financial Services. After joining JNC in late 2014, I have really enjoyed being able to positively influence the structure, strategy and direction of the business. My role encompasses many aspects of HR, Management, Finance and all the Back Office functions that keep the business running smoothly. I enjoy the challenge of endeavouring to keep the team on track in terms of compliance, process, structure and documentation, although this can at times feel like herding cats.
In addition, I manage key accounts within the business and my experience of the full recruitment cycle helps me to offer effective and pragmatic advice to our client and candidates. I am also not adverse to getting involved in producing and analysing MI for the business.
I enjoy spending time with my family and the odd ale or two (not generally at the same time!) and have been known to hog the limelight at Karaoke.

I somehow managed to dislocate my shoulder on a charity Christmas pudding race for the Martlets Hospice…that is some achievement

I have been involved in the exciting world of IT recruitment since 1996 (where does the time go), gaining extensive experience across resource, sales, team leading and management.
Passionate about providing the best service possible, delivering a 1st class recruitment experience with exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
I Love a good holiday and have been lucky to visit some wonderful places including Canada, Mauritius, Australia, Dubai, the Caribbean, Kenya and Mexico being some of the more exotic.
Enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 children (don’t tell her though!) with additional family members of 2 horses and 2 cats.

I’ve worked in IT Recruitment since 1996 . I am a strong believer in client/candidate/recruiter partnerships and work to the ethic that the relationship is the most important part of the recruitment process. I have time for everyone, and advice is always free !!!
I’m a keen golfer and have a handicap of 5. I love spending time with my family and have 3 children. I enjoy walking, mountain biking and visiting new places as well as just watching the world go by. I’m also a massive fan of cakes.
