Desktop Support Engineer (2nd Line) – Chatham, Kent – £28k – 34k + Benefits + Bonus


We are working with a growing organisation in Chatham that is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their talented support team and help provide on-site technical support to a very high level to their internal users, across 3 sites.

We are looking for strong candidates that have solid 2nd Line Desktop Support experience and have worked within busy environments where needing an excellent knowledge of core technologies (Windows, Citrix, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange etc) is essential.


IMPORTANT: Only candidates with commercial ITIL experience and solid 2nd line support experience will be considered.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
