Your experience supporting iManage DMS is one of your strengths. With a deep understanding of the application and your ability to work efficiently and confidently makes you a perfect Application Support Analyst for an ambitious global law firm in their Central London offices.
You would be working in a team of eight, each of whom is an SME for a specific application. This one is iManage. The SME will not only deal with incidents and requests associated with iManage but will also perform configuration and admin of the app as well, similarly to a functional specialist.
A good wider understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure would be essential too, as the team broadly covers the entire technical environment incl; Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, Citrix, SQL etc.
Experience with other legal applications such as BigHand and InterAction would be an advantage and you’ll be familiar with helpdesk procedures and change and release management.
